The Portland Trail Blazers have claimed forward/center Micah Potter off waivers, General Manager Joe Cronin announced.
Potter (6-9, 248) appeared in 47 games (seven starts) with the Indiana Pacers during the 2025-26 season, averaging career highs of 9.7 points, 5.0 rebounds and 1.5 assists in 19.3 minutes per game. He shot 51.5 percent from the field, 42.3 percent from three-point range and 84.2 percent from the free throw line.
Over five NBA seasons with the Detroit Pistons, Utah Jazz and Pacers, Potter has appeared in 111 career games (17 starts), averaging 6.4 points, 4.2 rebounds and 1.0 assists in 17.0 minutes per game while shooting 49.0 percent from the field, 38.9 percent from three-point range and 84.0 percent from the free throw line.
