Maria Sakkari and coach Tom Hill are putting the band back together. Last February, the pair ended their partnership after six very productive years. Just over a year later, they have elected to restart the partnership that made Sakkari – currently ranked 82 – a Top-10 talent and a two-time Grand Slam semifinalist.

Greek journalist Vicky Georgatou confirmed the reports via SDNA.

Sakkari worked with DAvid Witt, Sergi Bruguera and Raemon Sluiter in the interim, while Hill coached Peyton Stearns most recently.

The pair will begin immediately and be at the Madrid Open together.

Former World No.3 Sakkari, 29, is 7-12 on the season.
