The Miami Dolphins have their new general manager as the team is hiring Green Bay Packers VP of player personnel Jon-Eric Sullivan. He’s going to have his work cut out for him as he has to find a new head coach, help get the Dolphins salary cap under control, and retool a roster that is also going to need a new quarterback. It’s going to be a very tough task and don’t expect miracles in year one as the team begins their transition.
