Vaibhav Sooryavanshi proved he also has some skills in the field. For the 5th match of the tri-nation series, India A was up against Afghanistan A at the Rangiri Dambulla International Stadium in Dambulla.

The 15-year-old, who is known for his ultra-aggressive batting style, took a flying catch today to dismiss Afghanistan’s emerging batter Khalid Taniwal. On the fourth ball of the sixth over of the second innings, Khalid smashed Anshul Kamboj hard in search of a boundary.
Sooryavanshi was on the line of the ball. The ball came first to the fielder. In the first attempt, Vaibhav did not palm the ball, but he never lost his focus on the ball. He tracked the trajectory of the ball, and in the second attempt, he threw his body in the air to take it cleanly.
