Micky Van de Ven has been linked with a move away from Tottenham Hotspur at the end of the season.
According to a report from TEAMtalk, the Netherlands International is already seeking an exit from the London club, regardless of whether they avoid relegation. He has been an impressive performer for the North London club since joining them in 2023, and he has been linked with multiple clubs in recent months.
According to the report, the player’s representatives have already made it clear to Tottenham that he would like to leave the club in the summer. Chelsea, Liverpool and Manchester United are interested in the central defender, and they will face competition from Real Madrid as well.
The 25-year-old is a tremendous talent with a bright future, and he could develop into a world-class player. He could be an asset for clubs like Chelsea, Liverpool and Manchester United.
Chelsea needs to bring upgrades on players like Axel Disasi and Benoit Badiashile. The Netherlands International is well settled in the Premier League, and he could make an immediate impact.
On the other hand, Liverpool will need to replace Ibrahima Konate in the summer. The French International will be a free agent, and he has not yet signed an extension with the club.
At Manchester United, they will need more depth in the defensive unit. Even though Harry Maguire has signed an extension, they need to start planning for the future, and Van de Ven could be the ideal long-term replacement for the England international.
Tottenham are likely to demand a premium for him, and it will be interesting to see where he ends up.
