JAQUAN BRISKER HELPS CLEAN UP COMMUNITY
He’s already one of the top offseason additions the Pittsburgh Steelers made, but the offseason vibes continue to be strong with Pittsburgh native and veteran safety Jaquan Brisker.
Brisker, who attended Gateway High School before going on to star at Penn State, hosted a community cleanup day, going through the community in Wilkinsburg to help the community.
Along with Mineo’s Pizza and Allegheny Cleanways, Brisker was able to put together an event to help build up his community, making an impact off the field before he even officially dons the Black and Gold in a regular season game.
ELI HEIDENREICH PUTS IN WORK BEFORE TRAINING CAMP
A seventh-round pick carrying a surprising amount of hype, Steelers rookie running back Eli Heidenreich is making sure he’s ready to go for his first training camp with his hometown team.
Thanks to video from Prospect Media on X, Heidenreich was captured putting in work just days before the official report date for training camp.
Heidenreich was back at his old high school football field at Mt. Lebanon High School, working through ladder drills and catching passes in a Steelers helmet. The all-time leading receiver at Navy, Heidenreich has a chance to earn a 53-man roster spot with the Steelers due to his ability as a runner and receiver, not to mention his special teams prowess.
All eyes will be on the local kid at Saint Vincent College.
RAVENS SIGN VETERAN OL
Just days before the start of training camp, the Baltimore Ravens are adding to their roster.

Adeniji is a former sixth-round pick of the Cincinnati Bengals in the 2020 NFL Draft out of Kansas. He’s started 16 career games, including one start last year with the Detroit Lions. He’s spent time with the Bengals, Lions, Vikings and Browns throughout his career, and started 15 games with Cincinnati across four seasons.
