J.J. Wolf and Carol Young Suh Lee have clinched main draw singles wild cards into the 2026 US Open. Both players punched their ticket by winning the men’s and women’s US Open Wild Card Challenges.
Wolf, 27, making a comeback from shoulder surgery in 2026, clinched the men’s wild card this week. He recently won a 125K title in Vancouver that took him from No.563 to No.282 in the rankings. This week the former World No.39 qualified for the main draw at his hometown tournament in Cincinnati.
Wolf, who missed a full year on tour due to the surgery after injuring his shoulder at Delray Beach in 2025, played college tennis at Ohio State.
Wolf will be making his ninth Grand Slam main draw appearance. He reached the third round at Flushing Meadows in 2020 and 2022.
