The Miami Dolphins are moving on to practice number four of their 2026 training camp, but more importantly, it is public practice number one. For the first time this summer, fans are being welcomed back to the team’s training facilities to watch everything happening on the field. Practice is set to begin at 9:30 a.m. Eastern time. Are you headed to Miami Gardens?

We have also enclosed an X list to provide live updates from media members that are at camp, taking a look at what the Dolphins are doing – and providing some context from the first three practices when fans were not present. Update: The planned X list did not update as we had hoped. We are continuing to look for a way to provide you with a system that will live update posts and will add it to our training camp coverage when/if we find something that works on the site.
