The Miami Dolphins announced a plethora of promotions and additions to their personnel, front office and player performance staffs on Monday afternoon.
The major move within this announcement was that of Brandon Shore and his promotion to become the team’s new executive vice president of football operations. According to the organization, this move allows Shore to work “alongside Head Coach Jeff Hafley and General Manager Jon-Eric Sullivan on all aspects of football administration and operations.”
The upcoming 2026 season will mark Shore’s 17th season with the Dolphins. Born in South Florida, the lifelong Dolphins fan began his tenure in Miami in 2010 as a workers compensation intern while attending law school. He quickly climbed the ranks within the organization while surviving numerous regime changes initiated by Dolphins owner Stephen Ross.
Shore is a licensed attorney and Certified Public Attorney. He received his bachelor’s degree at Elon University and his doctorate at the University of Miami Law School.
